I've had issues with the supplied router (Technicolor TG589vn V3) from Zen reaching all areas of my flat via the Wifi.
The flat I live in has quite thick walls and struggles to get to the bedroom, which barely manages 1 bar of wifi signal.
As a stop gap, I've put my old linksys wrt54gl as an access point in between the lounge and bedroom, which bumps it up to a solid 2 bars that makes it bearable, but would ideally like just 1 stronger router so I don't have wired cables running through the flat.
I'm running on the 'Fibre' version of Zen which is 80/20, just wondering if anyone had a good idea of a router for my needs?
Not entirely sure which ones would work best for my needs, I'm struggling to find a 'benchmark' type site that shows the strength of routers.
I do have a Linksys AM300 Modem as well that I could use with a router if that would work?
Any help would be appreciated!
Cheers
