Zen problems.

Hi.
Anyone else here having speed problems with Zen?

For the past day or so ive either got sub 1Kbps connection speeds, or a maxiumum of about 30kbps.
Its not a bandwidth problem, as im entited to 50Gb a month, and according to their website, ive got 26Gb left?

Any idea as to why this might be?
Im gonna give them a ring when i get in from work as well.

My link has been running quite slow for the past fortnight too. It showed up as a bras configuration on the zen portal which dropped my d/l speed to around 1700kbs. It did pick up this morning though to 2900kbs, just before I was migrated to BT.

I phoned them and explained the problem, they did a few checks, and aparentely it synced the other at 131kbps, and that set the BRAS low.
So i was asked to wait a few days and it'd pick. Typically between 1 hour and 72hours would see the BRAS reset itself.
Seems to be sorted now.

Very helpful bloke, gave some good tips to improving line speed, saying that based on my line stats, if i had the router on the master socket, i'd probably get double what my line speed is at the moment!
Shame its not feasible for me to do.
