Zen touch

My Zen Touch has some docking issues, like it not being recognised sometimes.

Which firmware should I be using? It came with 1.1.03 should i try and upgrade to 2.10.05 (from the link below)

Also is there a way to make it add newest files to the bottom of the library in order. Its just that i have a load of unnamed mp3s that are now shown in the library as

K, ive updated the firmware and it finds it all the time now. Is there any way i can set it to not pick up the id tags, rather just the names of files and folders that i drag onto it in explorer?
