A family friend is without their broadband connection atm while a (Home 250) connectivity issue is resolved with BT/Zen. They’re currently using their old Orange dialup connection, but they have to pay for that – does anyone know if Zen offers a free dialup backup? I checked their support site, but that suggests that you have to pay for the service
Can anyone here confirm or provide me with the correct connection information, if it does in fact exist
