HI recently formatted my pc, reinstalled windows XP SP2 done all the normal installation of drivers etc, but when coming to installing my vision m windows keeps saying its found new hardware called MTP Device everytime i connect it to my PC.
i installed the zen vision software before connecting it to my PC, restarted windows then connected my MP3 player to find it says i need to install the drivers which i cant find.
i never had this problem before all my mobo drivers etc are all up to date and PC is running perfect but this little problem.
im also using WMP11 as it came built in with my version of windows XP SP2
