Waiting for Zendesk to get back to me so thought I'd ask here. 
I can see on Explore data relating to the Agents at the company I work for eg 12 tickets submitted a day but I need to know the exact Ticket numbers to check each one for the replies.
Is there a way of doing this?
I want to export basically to see those 12 tickets, the text, time stamp etc.
I am trying 'Advanced Export' app at the moment but doesn't seem to show the data clearly on CSV...trying the Excel way though.
