ZERO concern for noise!

I'll shortly be moving into a flat which has a small storage room next to the lounge and I'm going to put my pc in there and thread the cables through the wall from the lounge. As a result, unless it produces more noise than a jumbo jet I won't be able to hear anything from it.

I'm looking for any suggestions on the best way to improve performance and temps regardless of the noise produced. What would be the best case/cooling approach for this scenario? Potentially I could even go without a case altogether! Please let me know if that's a stupid idea though!

I currently have a silenced Fractal Design R3 case which is very quiet but unfortunately results in high temperatures so it seems completely inappropriate now! I don't currently overclock due to sleeping next to my pc but I will look to start overclocking once I move into my new flat.

Current system:
AMD 5850
i5 4670K
650W Antec PSU
Fractal Design R3 Silenced Case
Asus Z87 ATX Motherboard
8GB Corsair 1600MHz DDR3 RAM

Hahaha! That picture cannot be real, surely!:D

So far I'm thinking that I'll just open all the vents on my R3 and change the bios setting from Silent to Performance. That alone might be enough to get a half decent OC and still have reasonable temps, fingers crossed!

Hahaha, so many great (and hilarious) suggestions!

The storage space is about 8 feet high, 2.5 feet wide and about 5 feet deep, it has a few shelves. Is it likely to be big enough or will the pc end up getting stifled and overheat?

Those Noctua industrial fans look awesome, 3000RPM! Two of them would probably match a lot of water cooling setups  They seem a little pricey but being Noctua I guess they are top notch so they sound like a good option.

The Delta fan is just unbelievable, 48 watts and 5500RPM...I think that would actually be loud enough to hear from the next room, had no idea such a thing existed! :p
