ZeroCore Power HD GPUs??

Searching for GPU:s I found this:

"EROCORE POWER

AMD is introducing with the Southern Islands chipset their long idle power saving technology. Now the graphics card can turn off most of its functional units of the GPU, when they are unused, leaving only the PCI Express bus and other components active. This as a result, reduce the power consumption from 15W at idle to under 3W in long idle, a power level low enough that ZeroCore Power shuts off the fan as there is no heat generated further saving energy."

EDIT: Ok so it's called "ZeroCore power" and that's why I didn't find any info about it....
Which HDxxxx cards really have this thing??
do all Hd7870 have them but not all HD7850 for example? Or is it according to the manufacturer?
And does it turn off the fans on the GPU? And that makes the card essentially quiet?

I'm looking for a card that is more or less quiet when I'm doing normal office things - when gaming it's ok with a bit of noise.
This one okay?:) http://powercolor.com/Global/products_features.asp?id=410

All 7000 series cards have it, ZeroCore only kicks in when the monitors are in sleep, so doing idle tasks will leave it in idle mode instead of ZeroCore mode.

It doesn't turn off the fan but if you set up a custom fan profile with MSI AfterBurner you can set it to turn the fan off below a certain temperature, assuming the card allows it.

okay thanks:)

My last GPU was a Hd3850... so are today's cards about the same noise in idle? Or better or worse? Roughly I mean not easy to say for sure.
Like the one i mentioned.
