Zeroing MFT entries?

Does anyone know of a utility which will allow me to zero out deleted MFT entries? That is to say MFT entries which used to point to data but that data has been deleted?

I've tried MFT Wiper this morning, but when I check the MFT with Encase the entries have just been overwritten with random data, not zeroed.

Any ideas?
