Zippy Emac Redundancy not working

Hello,

I have currently purchased to Zippy Emac PSUs to fit into my server.

We have had some issues with PSU failure these past few weeks so I bought a brand new PSU with 2 Redunant PSU modules.

I have installed the PSU but Only 1 module seems to be active and working.

I have tried swapping the modules over and cannot seem to get the other module to work.

Does anyone know of any manufacture faults with these PSUs?

Or perhaps I have just recieved a dead module in the PSU?
