Anyone else find that this stuff gives them one monster of a headache the next day? It's worse than alcohol. :\

When do you take it? other people I've asked said to take it earlier to avoid the headaches.

About 1-2 hours after my 2nd from last meal of the day, then I wait just over an hour and have my last meal before bed.

How long have you been taking them for?

Nope. Take them with taurine 30-45mins before bed and have shake just before bed

I found ZMA dehydrates me. It had me going to the toilet a lot and I wake up with a raging thirst... almost like I'd been out on the booze. Annoying as I never wake up in the night to goto toilet, only when I used ZMA and I'd wake up so groggy like I was in the deepest of sleeps.

I don't use it anymore.

ZMA is a super anabolic steroid, but should be avoided unless you have B positive blood as it caused severe heart attacks in any other blood type.

Yeah it raises testosterone and growth hormone levels... why people bother with other steroids I don't know!
