Zone Alarm Pro problems, new Firewall needed.

Hi People

Can someone please help me out.
For the last year and a half I've been using Zone Alarm Pro but lately it has been causing me problems. Its making windows XP take a really long time to boot and shut down :confused:

. I think its conflicting with a new set of drivers I've installed on my last clean install of XP.
Anyone one else had any problems like these and how did you solve it? Also can you all recommend a good new software fire wall, ( not freeware ) Its getting time for a change form Zone Alarm Pro soon.

Have you tried Comodo Firewall Pro, it's free and it's way better than Zone Alarm, link below.

router + windows firewall is all you need really, unless you're installing loads of crap left right and centre

Have moved away from Zone Alarm myslef, the latest release v7.xx has been awful.

I'd recommend the OP moves back to the 6.xx versions if he wants to stay with ZA.
