I think its normal, everyone has to keep logging into the MM, i do to. 
On second thoughts may be not as theres a remember me option there, im using ZA to funnily enough.
Allthough it may have something to do with the rules page that comes up first, so everyone may have to keep logging in, dunno.

the mm section is no different to the rest of the site? anyway sounds like a cookie problem, so check za for any settings relating to this. i think have a program to manage cookies is just going to far. there is no need for it, imho....
