zonealarm conflict?

In recent months, I have been unable to upgrade zonealarm (the free version) due to zonealarm complaining about a conflict with my ca antivirus. I've got another 10 months suscribtion to ca and don't really want to waste it being the tight git I am

I've heard good things about nod32 so is it worth my while shunning the ca software and trying the zonealarm/nod 32 combination? Any issues I shoudl be aware of?

No problems AFAIK between NOD32 and ZA and NOD32 is a great av program.

I can back this up. I ran NOD32 and ZA Pro concurrently for a while and had absolutely no problems with them interacting with each other.

Id get rid of ZoneAlarm, its what i did months ago, its terrible, i had no end of problems with it, now using the free Comodo which is excellent http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/

Well I was going to say that about Sunbelt but the OP seems fairly happy with ZA. But yeah I'd agree that NOD32 + Sunbelt/Comodo is a better bet than NOD32 + ZA.
