We're currently using Zoom at work as a way for taking incoming calls, but we use Skype internally.
The problem we are currently having is that if you're on a zoom call with a client this doesn't show on Skype as the status isn't changed to "in a meeting" like when you go into a Skype meeting.
I know you can get a plugin that launches zoom meetings from Skype but it doesn't appear to cover independent calls.
Does anyone know of anything that does this before we look at building one?
Either one that updates outlook calendar with a meeting so that Skype updates automatically to match or one that directly links the 2 statuses.
