Zotac AMP cards width?

I keep hearing people mention how wide this card is due to the custom cooler and I'm interested in learning how wide it actually is. At the moment I've got a 5870 card with a fan problem and I'm most likely gonna go Nvidia at some point in the next month or two and this kind of cooling looks the best for air.

Problem is I have a wireless card from my mobo about 1/2 cm from my 5870s cooler in my case, so anything much larger than that won't fit lol.

I know for a fact a 470 or 480 reference design would fit and be fine for airflow (the wireless card is tiny and no where near the fan) but I'm unsure about these AMP versions.

Ideas?

It takes up three slots in the case so it will black your card, it's freaking massive..

Geez lol. Well thats out of the question then. Found a picture online and going from that, it makes it look about 3 1/3 slots wide or something equally daft.
