Trying to get the RGB setup a card for a build I made for a friend (it uses a 2080 zotac amp extreme) and to use the lights it needs zotac firestorm.

Only it won't work. Just says software failed to start, please turn off the power and turn on the computer again" restarting does nothing and nor does reinstalling drivers?

Any ideas?

The RGB on the card was blue when i installed it, 2 hours later it doesnt work at all... Also seems to run at 83c under normal game load and thats quite normal according to reviews as its throttle temp was made higher (really wish I had researched more) what a great card. :/
 
Card died already. First all the lights died then the fans stopped working at all and no way to get them started sgain (wasn't the passive mode. The card was bloody hot even at idle) then just constant bsod despite several driver reinstalls. Changed GPU and all is well.

Well that was the quickest I have ever returned a GPU. Got a kfa2 2070 super instead. Won't ever be getting a zotac card again.
