Hmm. Buy the #1 item in each category to assemble a PC? Interesting concept, but don't think I'd want to try it myself.
That said, if you need a very small card the Zotac SOLO is one of the smallest, I'd imagine (MSI Aero ITX?). 1 fan cards do have certain disadvantages against 2 fan cards though, depending on their power draw.

until they weassel out of it on a technicality or 4.5 years into it say card cant be fixed and we are only giving you £50 back as you had it so long
