zotac gtx 770 problem

So i built my pc about 2 weeks ago and everything was working fine until today. My computer kept on restarting it self, it would get a black screen but still would be working, i would have to manual restart it. Anyway i found out that this is my graphic problems by using windows and who crashed. I got these error codes:

Can anyone help me out? I already did a reformat of my computer and installed the latest drivers from nivda website, i took the graphic card out to see if it was ok and it is. The only thing i can comment is that the graphic card makes like a buzzing noise every time i run a stress test. Thanks for the help guys.

Well this is the thing i dont even get a blue screen, and my window boots fine :) its like doing it at random times, mainly when i play a game, i think what i am going 2 do is send it back and get a replacement for it and see if that work, only problem is i am going to be without graphic card for at least a week :(
