Hello guys,

Am I right in thinking that the PCI-E 16x slot in this motherboard can support up to an 8x expansion card (not a discrete GPU) without losing the onboard GPU?

I just came across this while following up the information you had given.

Dear Sir,

We are sorry to tell you that the PCI-E x16 slot is provided for display card only. For other add-on cards, the card may be not functional. You could try to update the TV card driver or use Hibernation mode instead of S3 mode.

Can anyone tell me can you use a 4x PCI-E card in the Sapphire IPC-AM3DD785G without it disabling the onboard GPU?

I'm basically looking for an ITX board with electronically 4x PCI-E slot (4 lanes), it seems to be mission impossible.
