I had a Zotac 780 Ti and it was a great card.

Can't speak for current cards though.
 
Are Zotav a Russian brand of GPU?

I think Zotav is a brand name for some sleeping pills.

A coworker and I were moaning about work for a bit today. It was a good comoany.

I've no idea how good a Zotac 3060 Twin Edge is, but if you can get one for Zotac's stated retail price of US$400 (which is £362 including VAT at 20%) then it's worth it. If you're being charged £600+, it's obviously not worth it. It's the bottom end budget card. Probably should be £300 tops. Because it's the bottom end budget card.

Zotac have a relatively long warranty on their cards, which is a good sign but not conclusive.
