Zotac or BFG

I'm planning to buy either the Zotac GTX 260 or BFG and i dont know which one to get?

BFG OC maXcore

Zotac GTX260²

Name says GTX 260 but the description is the 260² also?

I want the version that comes with "GRID" if I go for Zotac but the £169 is nearly same as BFG

I dont like the look of BFG warranty because of so many things that you are not allowed to do with the cards, while with zotac its just no hardware damage.

There is a big price difference and ebuer doesnt give good description of what the cheaper one is. What about the version on the ocuk site?

Firstly, read the FAQ on the forums to clarify the posting rules here, especially in regards to competitors.

Seondly, I whole heartedly recommend BFG, their warranty and returns service at the moment appears to be second to none. Worth a price premium.

I "downgraded" from the XFX 4870x2 to the BFG 260GTX Maxcore OCX, with the intention of buying another if I needed the performance (gaming at 1920x1200). Best move I ever made, the card is awesome - I've not dropped a single setting in games and it runs flawlessly. After reading tons of praise for BFGs after-sales service I figured it was worth the (slight) premium.

Think its pretty much decided for you there, and I agree, BFG all the way!

I had to RMA a BFG 8800GTS earlier this year, easy as anything to sort out and had a new card with me in less than a week! definately reccomend them!

Always went with BFG cards myself and loved them, only time I have bought different is when I've went for the cheapest possible route. Currently own 3 x gtx280 bfg cards and just wow
