What's your thoughts on these two boards guys??

Is one deemed better than the other. Does one have more features etc?

If I had to buy one, it would be the ASrock.

Nothing to technical, its just that Zotac isn't the first, second, third, fourth or even fifth name that springs to mind when looking for a board.
