Zowie ZA13 Scroll Wheel

Had my ZA13 for a few months and love the accuracy and simplicity of it, however the scroll wheel started going wrong. If I scroll slowly and gently I can scroll without any clicks and nothing registered, as if it's slipping.

If I'm more positive with my movements it works fine.

Has anyone had similar? I'm guessing I need to RMA it, this isn't normal/acceptable surely?

Zowies wheels have always been poor. Every one I've had out of maybe 10 units I can get to miss scroll. IF you like the ZA13 might be a good swap to go for a G pro. Zowie use optical encoders but they way they do it is poor and results in miss scrolls.

Ok thanks Sencha, at least I know it's a common problem I guess. It only really effects me when web browsing, but not sure I can live with it. Shame because I love thay Zowie come in different sizes for my child hands
