Hi all
I have just brought a Zune installed fine on my vista home prem pc upgraded the firmware while installing software great added some of my music fine listening to zune and wached a movie fine now when i try to sync to my pc i get a error 10 in device manager but the Zune charges fine and the zune software does not see the zune connected but it is . I have another pc running windows xp and i still have the same problem i have uninstalled reinstalled zune software . i have done the reset on the zune using Back and up on the pad and still will not sync . Has anyone got any ideas how to fix this problem . and my other question is if the zune is at fault will it be ok to speak to ms as the zune is not out in the uk ? or do i need to speak to the peple i brought it off ?
