My policy for my Fiesta is up on the 8th December and currently I'm with Zurich (cheapest for me) and I do intend to go with them again as I've been quoted online for my car £336.45 for next 12 months.
However, today I've got a letter from Zurich about renewal and there's a statement of fact letter and a separate letter saying my next insurance will cost £397.72.
Surely Zurich will ask my permission before automatically insuring me for 12 months?
I will go with Zurich, but only on the online quote I've been given and with this letter there is another letter about how I wont get cover unless this is paid.
I'm just a bit confused, and since Zurich office is not taking calls after 5pm and will have to wait till Thursday I was just wondering if anyone can help me?
