Zwift build - Cheap as chips

I already have a case, SSD, monitor, KB and mouse so only looking for the rest; CPU, Motherboard, RAM, PSU. A graphics card isn't necessarily needed as it can run on integrated graphics and I can just pick up a second hand one later on. Looking at sub £250 for this. Is that possible with the specs required below?
