I am having problems connecting to the config options on my Zyxel Prestige 650 router via IP. I have tried the default username and password, but have had no luck. I have sent them a message, but my inbox suddenly filled with 'delivery failed' emails...
Morons.
I have had similar problems from Pipemedia (the ISP) and have had nothing from anyone. Does anyone know if you can reset routers to factory settings? I would very much appreciate the help.
Zyxel and Pipemedia are very much 2 companies i would rather not have dealings with. Very dissapointed
