I would be interested to find out, as I am considering just a GPU upgrade for now with my 2500k, currently running a HD7970
I will happily post a few benchmarks tomorrow since I will be doing them anyways
1080p and 1440p.

Just installed the MSI Gaming X 1070. Lovely piece of kit, much beefier than the Founders!
Out of the box it boosted to 1987mhz and sustained a higher clock than my EVGA FE 1070 would at its max stable clock! And thats on its very quiet sotck fan profile compared to a quite loud FE at 70% fan!
Overclocking I managed +125mhz core and +550mhz memory with the power limit max at 126%. This translated to 2101mhz boost clocks and this Firestrike standard score: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/12798252

Not had a chance to try the MSI yet as the wife has friends over playing on the Vive, not that I'm complaining

Might well be joining this little owners club with a 1070 AMP Extreme in the next week or two
Thought I would hold out till Vega/GP102 but want a new toy and the price I saw today for arguably what might be the fastest 1070 out of the box swayed me.
