Helldivers 2 has a bit of an odd CPU load - it only loads 2 cores up significantly, but also loads another 2-4 cores moderately and spreads a fair load over additional cores and minimum FPS can suffer quite a bit depending on CPU if you don't have enough cores/threads as well as requiring fairly decent single core performance.
At 4K compared to a 7800X3D the 5000 series are only about 10% behind on average FPS but minimum FPS can be over 30% lower. The 3700X is probably a relative weak link in the game as well.
