With the high end shuttle's only having a 350W power supply, are these powerful enough to run high end compenents?

Something along the line of:

ath64 3700+
2gb ram
7800GTX
2 x 250GB hard drives?

Thats the only thing putting me off the shuttle the low wattage power supplys?
