in all fairness that 3070ti isn't far behind a 4070 and the m17r5 I reviewed was a pretty solid unit

The video is quite old so apologies for the video quality and when they released it there was only 1080p screens available they added the QHD much later

Looks good to me, the thing you need to check for is fTPM stutter, related to the AMD PSP. Some manufacturers patched theirBIOS with newer AGESA code which resolved the issue, but some, like Lenovo, did not.
I ended up returning an otherwise decent Lenovo Legion (well 2, mine and the wife's) because of it as it was a nightmare.
4070 is very similar to the 3070ti mobile, power limits being equal, 4070 just gains access to frame gen.
