Hoping someone can help. My laptop is struggling to play some games. I was hoping is there a way to increase the size of the shared graphics.

Any performance tweaks would be appreciated,

TOSHIBA a60
INTEL CELERON 2.9MHZ
512MB RAM

The problem you are having playing some games might be a little more complicated than increasing your graphics chip's shared memory. That card is actually barely any faster (if at all) than a GeForce 2 and the celerons are rather poor in games. It's a fine laptop for work and such but as a games machine, there isn't much you can do really, it's just not really up to it I am afraid.
