I've filled in an RMA request with *buyer.

The dark 'fingers' have either got worse or I'm noticing them in every colour and every application.

Is it worth re-buying?

I really don't want another bad monitor.

*buyer just declared the monitor as faulty for the dark fingers and the led ripple.
I've been refunded and am about to get the u2311h on special offer!

The monitor would be great if I was guaranteed a good one, but I really don't have the patience to deal with returns all the time.

I'm deciding today whether to buy the the Benq or the Dell. The advantage with Dell is that their quality control seems better. Also they have a fantastic swap out warranty.

Get the Dell.

It's an absolute bargain at the moment at 180 (with cashback).
Unless you are feeling lucky..

If you get the bl2400pt without defects then it's a cracking monitor, but I'm not sure its better than the u2311h now it can be had for the same price.
