Although we intended to make our own batter, there's no batter mix left at our shop. So I'm definitely making it :) I'll take your theories on board, as I was originally making it more eggy than that. We shall see.

I'm cooking for 5 though, so can change halfway through if they're not very good :p

If you just cook them all and leave them on a plate (in a safe place where other people won't start munching them) you can just shove them in the microwave for 30 seconds :)

plate, sheet of kitchen paper between each one (or just on top of the plate), stick in a low heat in oven.
