Anyone on here got it? Doctor seems to think this is what has caused my problems the last 5 month (won't know for sure till colonoscopy next week)

Any tips on dealing with it? Supplements, diet etc.

My nephew has really gone through the wringer with this - won't post more detail but best of luck, OP.

Colonoscopy will be fine, and you'll be given the info you need by your gastro consultant. Don't fret

Make sure you use good quality OCUK lube, want to minimise that friction.

It can be awful but one key thing to try and control are your stress levels. How you do that is down to you but definitely take time for yourself.
Also avoid NSAIDS! They are not your friends.
