Ah my mustard days are well past now, but I rem it helped me quite a lot when i was trying for a full beard.

What brand are you using, I rem the word was that if you used more traditional mustards they had more of the good stuff in em.

There was another thread on it a couple of years back. It got pruned though I think.

The old mustard hair growth method.

My mate taught me this back in High School and it worked pretty good - weren't long before I stopped using it. A quick pointer; if you have any mild acne like me, it's best not to leave it on too long as it can irritate your acne a little.

Thats where egg yoke comes in usefull, as it doesn't only help your hair grow like mustard, but can also help with acne.
