Hi folks,
I've got a Gigabyte G7 MD which has succumbed to 2x broken hinges, a screen that is now totally kaput + cracked plastic in a bunch of places. Had a similar issue with the hinges on my old Aorus laptop a few years ago and got it sorted with the old service people at mendIT who sent me parts to do the repair.
I've been speaking to the Gigabyte UK RMA but it's been very frustrating, the customer support is terrible and they won't issue an invoice or a receipt for the work that needs done, all I have is BACS transfer details. Unfortunately as this is a work laptop I need to have a receipt at the very least - anyone had a similar experience with this crowd? or can reccommend a 3rd party that can do the work?
