Hi,

Can anyone help me?

I've just tried to replace my memory with this: F4-3600C16Q-64GVKC
Which is 4 dimms of 16GB 3600 RAM. Which it says in the below support docs that it supports, it's right there on the list:

I'm not doing any overclocking at bascially at optimised defaults in the bios version F30.

I managed to get into Windows once but it bluescreened once I tried to run up VM in virtualbox. After that it needed a couple of attempts to reboot saying that the bios had been reset.

Am I using the wrong memory here?

Processor AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core Processor, 3793 Mhz, 12 Core(s), 24 Logical Processor(s)

First off, I'd run a memtest briefly to make sure you don't have faulty sticks.

I'm not doing any overclocking at bascially at optimised defaults in the bios version F30.
I assume you're using XMP? If not, try slightly bumping up the voltages anyway, though I'd expect it to run at 2133.
