I'm thinking I might have to investigate this Creed Aventus, I have spicebomb, million (amongst many others but these are similar imo) which I find quite musky but nice, is it similar?

Still wearing Aventus here, there are different batches of it though, some less strong on the opening pineapple note than others.

Once the pineapple wears off you are left with a kind of lapsang souchong smokey wood with musk right at the end. I'm sure there are lots of other notes in there but I can't really smell them!

Going to go shopping for some more Creed tomorrow.

Joop Homme is my first choice,
also have a bottle of Old spice,
some next signature which apparently smells like Tommy Hilfigure.

Looking at getting some Taylors of Old Bond street Sandalwood soon.

Santos de Cartier - I think I've found my perfect cold weather/winter daily spray.
I much prefer this over LIDGE.

Edit as just read the above recent posts - Aventus is over rated, you can do much better for your money @ £200 a bottle. It's decent but not worth it tbh. Try Amouage over Creed.

I rotate between a few:

Ralph Lauren number 4
Gucci Guilty
Lacoste pour hommme (my fav)
Lacoste essential
Prada Amber
Paul Smith Sunshine
DKNY MEN (the one in the tall bootle)
Boss Orange
Armani Mania
Herrera for men - Carolina Herrera

I'm a sucker for duty free at the airport.

oohh I like the way you describe it, if your current job fails you could become a perfume rep :D

If you work on commission you can mark me down for 50ml

Paco Rabanne 1 Million and Paco Rabanne Intense atm. Just got the Intense one today for Christmas and its actually really nice, very subtle.

Went through all others such as Issey Miyake, Armani Code, Davidoff etc but longest one ive continued to use is 1 Mil.

Issey Miyake L'eau d'Issey Pour Homme religiously! Smells lush but more importantly the ladies agree it is a real nice smell.

Got given Paco Rabanne 1 million this xmas by my manager - looks and smells really nice!

Creed is fantastic, but pretty expensive. Want to give Acqua di Parma a go, but about as pricey as Creed so I've just stuck with my favourite in Green Irish Tweed for now.
