I will be using it as a boot drive but for now it is installed and i booted windows to see if it recognize the drive, what do i choose

Initialize Disk - MBR/GPT?

Don’t think it matters, think GPT needs to be used for drives over 2TB. To get full speed you need to install the Intel NVMe driver. Also Intel SSD toolbox 3.3 has added support for the 750.

New firmware apparantly brings boot down to 8 seconds, They were saying that the UEFI has to go through checks for PCI-E so it adds a little longer to boot than a normal drive.

Around 8 for me would be fine, You can always disable crap like full screen logo or try for fast boot.
