Don’t think it matters, think GPT needs to be used for drives over 2TB. To get full speed you need to install the Intel NVMe driver. Also Intel SSD toolbox 3.3 has added support for the 750.

Try running the 32bit version of CrystalDiskMark, think someone else was getting low results with the 64bit one.

A new firmware is available to speeds up boot times. At this point the Data Center Tool is used to flash the firmware but it will be added to the Intel SSD toolbox at a later date. Intel SSD toolbox 3.3.2 is available and contains the new firmware for the Intel 750. I just updated my 750 to the new firmware and it seems ok so far.

New firmware apparantly brings boot down to 8 seconds, They were saying that the UEFI has to go through checks for PCI-E so it adds a little longer to boot than a normal drive.
Around 8 for me would be fine, You can always disable crap like full screen logo or try for fast boot.
