Native package can do things some sandbox versions can’t (yet)

Not sure if that's a dig at snap.

I like the idea of getting it how Mozilla intended as i never liked how some distros would piddle about with the default settings such as Mints green start page with their search affiliate code added.

I run Debian and am in 2 minds about using this. It is intended that Debian is not updated very often (security updates are still applied), to ensure stability and a less annoying user experience (fewer updates to apply). I am happily using ESR, which is currently v115 (https://packages.debian.org/stable/web/firefox-esr) and don't really see too much benefit to this new package that Mozilla are offering. I think I'll stick to my stable ESR version, unless there's actually a really good reason not to?!
