Multi SD copying device?

Hi all,

Does anyone know the name of a device that lets you copy multiple SD cards at once? I saw it in a video ages ago where Linus was talking about how he could just plug four SD cards into this adapter and it'd automatically copy/backup all of them in parallel to a drive he specified.

Just can't remember what it was called!!

I think it depenesnon the manufacturer. StarTech call it a 4 port SD reader (e.g. 4SD4FCRU31C), a few other like Lexar describe them as workflow hubs.

Not seen any with their own software to automatically copy to a drive in Windows other than using the Windows autoplay settings. You can probably do that kind of thing on a Synology NAS with a normal card reader and some USBcopy rules but not sure how relevant that is to you?

Ah great, yeah I can handle the software side - prob just use syncthing from my NAS. That's great, I'll Google those!

I really need to take a proper look at Syncthing over my lazy approach of using USBcopy
