Hi all,

I'm wanting to build a pc which will be my first build.

I have looked at parts and have come up with the following;

https://uk.************.com/list/d37dTY

-Intel i7 14700k
-Gigabyte Z790 AORUS ELITE AX ATX Motherboard
-Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 WINDFORCE OC 12GB Graphics Card - 12GB
-Thermalright Frost Spirt Air Cooler
-CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL30
-SK Hynix Platinum P41 1TB
-Corsair 4000D AIRFLOW
-Corsair RM850e (2023) Fully Modula

Will I also need a pack of 5 additional fans for the case?

Are there any compatibility issues with any of the parts of better suggestions.

The pc will be used for gaming and work, don't want to think about upgrading for the next 7 to 10 years.

2x 120mm isn't much for a high-end PC, but it would probably be sufficient to prevent overheating of the graphics card, since the 4070 has modest power consumption.

Air cooling a 14700K isn't easy, so from that POV, some fans to help out would be a good idea.

The motherboard is 13th gen, so it might need a BIOS update (it supports USB flashback so you can flash with an unsupported CPU). The X is the native 14th gen I believe (Aorus Elite X AX).
