Some of the details below won't correlate to the screenshot because I took it as soon as SuperPI finished but forgot to turn off C1E in the BIOS. It immediately dropped the speed back to 2400Mhz and the volts changed :(

The screenshot I used in your Quadcore DB shows the correct processor speed and volts so I hope it's ok to include those values.

UPDATE: Finally got the time to break the 3.8gig barrier :D also tweaked the RAM tho it didn't help the score any :(

Hoping gigabyte release a BIOS with a fix for the vdroop so I can see what this chip really has... as its my gaming PC I'm just too scared to try the 1.8v option :D

Have you tried upping the voltage m8 - 2.1v is below stock volts for ballistix 5300 ;) It might also be worth giving it a run with just 2 sticks.
