Avathar77 i might try your 1ghz 1350mem settings to see how much off my score will be on 1090 cpu :D. Is 1270v your daily voltage setting ??

Hik hik hik :D 1000/1350 @1.275V is just for Benchmarks!
Day to day I run it is at stock volts(1.175V) 930/1350.
I can see no/very little deference in a game between the two settings, but benchmarks does have an impact!

My GPU memory is a bit fiddly to overclock to say the least! I am working on it though :p

Well i went for 1000/1400@1270 like you and:
00003yc.jpg

40Mhz more gave me 22 points more.... Not worth it. I run 1240 on daily basics max gpu temp is like 45 after 5 hours of BF3 in 3D heh
So your extra 90 score is due to 4.6ghz i5 :D

Here's my results for 1920x1080, single GPU.

Spec is:

Asus P8P67
Intel i5-2500k @ 4.3GHz (43x100)
8GB XMS3 DDR3
Asus HD6850

I tried first at the card's default settings of 775/1000, and got the following:

I then upped the graphics card to 950/1100, and the following score is my submission.

Most impressed is with my Min FPS more than doubling by overclocking - makes a huge difference to the smoothness, more so than the Max FPS.

My settings:

Hmmm, don't suppose we could move triple gpu setups into their own cat? Would be nice to be at the top, even if only for a day :D

approx 9 hours if I manage to get the 12.4 driver working with afterburner :)

nice score, seems the 12.4's have lots of optimisation for this bench.

btw your core clock is a mis-print, if it did clock to 16xx MHZ I would be around your place knocking your door down to borrow your card for the weekend :>

Oops, typo, 1165 ;)

1665 would just be mental :D

I know I can get them up to 1200 at around 1.25V, but I want these cards to last me some time, and was only trying to find a "reasonable" OC.

And now that I found that, I am only going to be running them at stock until I need more grunt.

Hell, even on my preferred settings in BF3 at 2560x1440 (basically everything ultra except motion blur off, no post AA, and SSAO rather than HBAO, plus 4xAA), the game runs beautifully with them at stock. Only seen very occasional, momentary drop below 60 fps.

I w8 for upgrade and try some more benchmarks. Cant figure out what's the deal with screenshot with stones on..... Does it make any difference ??

The control panel of the graphics card can turn off tessellation even though the benchmark says it's on, taking a screenshot of the score with the stones in it, shows that this is on and working correctly.

I got my MSI Twin Frozr iii 7950 OC through the post today.

Here are my results out of the box 880/1250

00001.jpg

I am looking to overclock the card now and will post up those results when I have them. Monitoring this on afterburner it seems at max load my temperatures were 55 degrees with 33% fan so there is more to come from this card I reckon.

Edit:

Here a new test with an overclock of 1000mhz core, 1400mhz on the memory.
