my Phisio told me to get one of these as i need to strengthen my wrist, he said they are VERY good

He showed me one (on the computer)
came home, and i noticed there's quite a few to choose from

as I'm no gym rat or anything I've ordered the Pro (cord start)

im guessing a lot of people use them, are they that good?

I had one back in the day, I’m sure I got it as a christmas gift - talking maybe 20 years ago. Used it for a few months, everyone who would be around at the house would have a go and would have a good few goes at trying to beat your PB.

Probably ended up in the bin though. I guess they work but don’t think I used it enough or long enough for it to show any improvements or feel any improvements. Although I didn’t even know it was a device to strengthen wrists.

Hi @ShiWarrior

Do these.

And then to work on your forearms and general wrist strength try some wrist rollers. Do some of these.

You don't need a wrist roller. This guy shows how to make one for home.

Good luck mate!! :)
