Replacement motherboard.

Evening. I currently have an Asrock B760m motherboard. In my wisdom I thought dropping it was a good idea after cleaning and starting to reassemble everything.

Yes, I know.

So now due to a bent pin or two it won't boot.
Can anyone recommend something similar for say £100?

I didn't know if there would be anything anyone could recommend for similar money.

If the damage is minor it can be fixed.

I'm not sure, it had a good smack.
Intel i5 13400.

While the Asrock is a good budget board I personally would want better vrm cooling if planning to get a more powerful CPU in the future.

If you don't mind spending an extra £20 the

MSI Intel PRO B760-P DDR4 II is a good choice .

Is your Asrock motherboard matx or atx ?

I had some usb 3.0 front panel header socket pins bent back by a local electronics guru. He did it for free but I was quoted £37 by another repair firm. This type of thing might be a doodle to someone more experienced.

I hadn't noticed, but the new MB has an optical out. So with some "modified" drivers I can now play in 5.1 again.
Probably until windows breaks it again with an update..
