Aw thanks, but up in the Lincs outback!

Well, card is working, it was a PICNIC error.

The card is drawing max 180w and all he has in the system is an SSD, HDD and CD/DVD drive - not sure if this is stable or will blue screen at some point, but fans are spinning.

It'll be running close to capacity, and may shorten the life of the power supply.
CPU 65w GPU 180w + rest of system 50w

Agreed, we're looking for a new PSU and my geek team have offered to fit for him.
I hope they're not charging £75!
A decent, cheap PSU is the bequiet system power 9 (600w). Seems like I've recommended it so many times they're now out of stock at Ocuk though! Lol

I’d probably sell the 4060ti and 1060 and grab a 7700XT which will perform much better at 1440p, has enough VRAM and also less overhead on the cpu.
