I'm always looking through this thread and I have very rarely bothered to post. I do quite a chunk of cooking so think it's about time I start to contribute.
Sweet chilli charred pork, was left over from a roast shoulder joint and some cheesy chilli pasta. Sauce was just crème fraîche and a chilli pesto with some cheddar.
Looks a bit messy, presentation wasn't my main goal.

That's quite good actually. Probably wouldn't have many more than 10 plates if it was unlimited, at least that way you can take your time (and cherry pick the best plates).

Having a Tunnocks Caramel Wafer. Definitely best eaten sideways, you can taste more wafer that way.

Interesting. Love anything Tunnocks. Shall try this next time I have the caramel wafers. Trying to detox from the tea cakes at the moment.
